hi there! my name is kristina and i'm a 23 year old female with a professional m-f job. i don't like hardcore partying, smoking, drug use. i'm rather tidy when it comes to shared space. i'm most definitely a morning person and had a bad experience with night owls so if you're one, then this probably won't work out. i don't usually have people over and am out of town most weekends. i prefer a private bathroom however it's not a neccesity. rent will need to include water/electric. i'm looking to live in the altamonte springs/maitland/winter park/orlando area. i currently live in altamonte springs and am available to move asap. looking for month to month lease but will sign an agreement if needed.
