i have 1 and/or 2 rooms for rent with a private bath in a new 3/2 house with a pool.

common areas are compltely furnished and one of the rooms can be furnished with a queen bed, dresser and nightstand or the furniture can be removed. house is on quiet culdesac and centrally located not far from governors square, state offices, downtown, or any of the colleges. house has a pool and washer/dryer as well as being completely furnished in the common areas. no smokers please!

i like to keep the house clean and would like to find someone who wants the same. there is already a small dog in the house. please no other animals.

rent is 550 (for one room) plus half the utlities. if you are wanting to rent both rooms we can work out an amount. high speed internet, alarm, local phone, and hd digital cable in the living room is included.

a 550 deposit is required and can do a year lease or month to month if needed. available now!
