my husband and i are looking to rent out a room within our apartment, it is the master bedroom with a separate entrance and own bathroom. we are lovely people and do not discriminate nor do we concern ourselves with other people and their business, we live in a good and safe neighborhood and our apartment has a beautiful view over looking crystal lake! we don't have a lot of people over and aren't crazy party animals, we do have fun but are a mature young couple. we really don't have a preference about who our room mate/s are..as long as you are honest and responsible with your payments :-) the total rent does include the utilities. there is also a $50 application fee prior to move-in for the apartments records which will be included in your first months rent.
