i have 2/2 with a private bed and bath and access to all public areas( living room kitchen dinning room enclosed porch)
rent is $475 which includes everything but cable, which i got rid of because i wasnt home enough to watch it. gym, pool, spa, laundry is all within a 30 second walk from the front door of the apaprtment, apartment is ground level and parking is directly out in front of the front door.
i am female, straight, single, work full time, non smoker, i have 2 small dogs who are crated when i am not at home.
must fill this room before september first
