convenient to everything. minutes to downtown area (3.2 mi). near i4, florida hospital, winter park village, full sail, rollins and valencia college.my home is in a beautiful, quiet, winter park community. completely remodeled with new stainless steel kitchen and bath, deck and fenced yard.
i have a 3-bedroom/2 bath house. two rooms available – share full bath. these are standard bedrooms - 10 ft x 14 ft and 10 ft x 12 ft with closet. i have the master with bath. house is furnished except the bedrooms. the room does not come with any furniture. you will need to bring your own stuff. house has wireless internet, there is tv in living room, dining room, deck, large yard and washer & dryer in the garage.
cost is $450/month which includes wif, cable, water, garbage, except electric (usually $129). we split the bill.
must be neat and clean, professional or student preferred. i'm an easy going business professional, no late-night partying please, but will accept reasonable enjoyment of home. you will need $300 fully refundable cash deposit. looking for long-term roommates (6 month to 1 year).
must be pet friendly (i have a small dog).
