to give you a little back ground of myself. i'm in the real estate business, i've been doing this for the past 6 years. i'm currently going to school and getting my b.s. in aviation science, along with that i'm currently training to be a pilot. i like to have fun once in awhile, and i'm a very out going person, but i take my career seriously, and have a lot of studying for school. in a roomate the most important thing i'm looking for is someone who is going to pay on time ( no exceptions! ). if your easy going, then we'll get a long just fine. i get along with most everyone, hopefully we can too. other than that, the location of the townhome is great, every night you can see the fireworks from disney over the lake in front of the home, far in the distance. the townhome is in windermere, its a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, 2 car garage about 1,800 sq ft.
