this is a beautiful community on a canal out to the bay. there's a 1/4 mile long dock directly in front of the condo. there's a pool, jacuzzi, two gyms, tennis courts, grills, picnic areas, small lake etc. i have a washer and dryer, the room is already furnished. i have an 11 year old dog that is extremely well trained, not the least bit aggressive, and will not invade your space. all utilities are included in rental fee.smokers ok as long as you do it outside. no drugs.
