i have a very nice 3/3 townhouse and there are two rooms available one upstairs and one downstairs. it's a brand new town home unit , unfurnished, each bedroom has a private bathroom. the upstairs room is a nice size about 13 x 13, and the downstairs room is 13 x 10 it also has a private balcony accessible through the back door of bedroom, the unit also has upgraded fixtures , and plenty of parking. the kitchen has all major appliances (oven,dish washer, microwave) and the unit also comes with a washer and dryer! the room has a full size closet and has a backdoor which can be used as a back entrance. the monthly rent is $383 not including utilities or cable/internet, however, we calculated with cable/internet being about $33 a month and utilities averaging $65 each. we found that the overall monthly bill will be about $480 (give or take), which is a very good price for the place. also, the place is off monroe about 3 miles from fsu, 4 miles from famu, and 5 miles from 5 tcc, there are plenty of fast food places, stores (walmart, publix), a mall very close by.i prefer a non-smoking female roommate between the ages of 18-24, student/employed, and very responsible and willing to sign a year lease. i plan on making the place very comfortable, homey, and decorating! i have plenty of small appliances and plan to furnish the living room!
