hello, i have an unfurnished room with its own private, full bathroom (right next to the room) available to rent on a month to month basis.

my current roommate will be leaving by july 31st and depending on the condition of the room, it will be available between aug 1st and 3rd for move-in. the room, however, is available for viewing now if needed, it also gives you a chance to speak to my current tenant for personal experience if needed.

rent is $400/month for one person and includes the following, on a month to month basis:

1. rent

2. utilities (water, trash & electric)

3. cable

4. wifi internet

5. adt alarm system in my home

6. full access to kitchen w/food storage space in pantry and refrigerator


first month's rent ($400) plus a $200 deposit is due to move-in; total to move in being $600

currently living in my home is myself (27), my boyfriend (30), my daughter (5) and our pet cat. i am very respectful of ones things; i would only ask the same of any tenant as well. also required, for the safety of myself and my daughter, would be a copy of a current drivers license and proof of employment.
