one room/one bath for rent. shared 2000 sqft 3 bs/2 baths one level house in a gated community in se orlando. $500 includes utilities (cable, internet, access to land phone, usage of kitchen,washer, dryer, trash disposal, parking for onenon commercial car in the driveway (removable sign is ok). you will need your first, and last month rent to move here. you will have access to i-4, 417, osceola parkway, the florida turnpike, and an easy commute to the theme parks i am only interested in a local, mature, clean, responsible, discipline, and respectful adult with very strong morale values. i will absolutely not share a home with roommates who have addictions, pets, big life dramas, smoke indoor, and does not work f/t. i am looking for a clean, stable, reliable, and dependable grown up. screening process for all potential roommates is done by a company, and the staff is meticulous. room is clean, quiet, safe, peaceful, serene, calm, and rent is very affordable for this upscale neighborhood (32824). there are no parties, gatherings, pets, smoking indoor,fussing and arguing, bringing random stranger here, stereo blasting 24/7, high traffic of people in and out day or night, making messes and not cleaning them, and this is a home not a motel or social club. i show the place in the evenings, so you need to bring two clear copies of your current florida driver's license and job/school picture identifications. i will only take them from you if you are interested in the place, and have no interests in your personal informations.

no pet, no smoking indoor, no toxic clothes in the washer, no dirty shoes, and we have allergies so we only wear clean slippers in the house.
