two rooms, and one bath for rent in a private 3 bs/2bths one level house se of orlando (32824) for a $600 flat fee (couple/single adult working full time). you will have access to i-4, the florida turnpike, 417, and osceola parkway. it is an easy commute to the theme parks, downtown orlando, i-drive, airport, ymca, ucf, vcc, 3 hospitals, 3 major malls, full sail, etc...i have other options for small working family, or single working parent and who have one child in school/daycare for $700. the rent includes utilities, cable, internet, usage of kitchen, access to land phone, trash disposal, and parking for one car per adult in the driveway.i will absolutely not share living space with roommates who have addictions, criminal records, pets, and big life dramas. the place is clean, quiet, safe, peaceful, and affordable. it is a home, and not a hotel/motel or social club. there are no parties, gatherings, overnight guests, and shoes/smoking indoor . i am only interested in local, mature, serious, clean, discipline, responsible, respectful working adults who can pay the rent on time.
have a meticulous screening process for all potential roommates, and will basically dissect you under a microscope before bringing you into my home. i value my life, safety, and enjoy peace of mind. i am a middle aged lady, and occupy the rest of the home. i am laid back, and keep to myself. i check every detail in person, and cannot do it if you are from timbuku. security deposit is non refundable, and it is one month rent plus an additional $100 fee for moving out cleaning by a professional cleaner. you can contact me for additional details about the place, and you can see it on weekends during the early evenings. you will need to bring two set of copies of legal, and valid identifications from the state of florida (ex: driver's license and photo job id). i will only keep it if you are interested in the place, and want to move into my home.
