hello there! i am looking for a nonsmoking roommate to move in to my gorgeous 2/2 apartment on or around october 31, 2010. i have one small dog. i am a gay male, working professional (community theater manager), and full-time ucf graduate student. i get along with most everyone and tend toward the quiet side at home (although i love to have *sane* fun like anyone else). drama and drug free (it feels like i shouldn't have to say that, but hey...) applicants should be willing to submit to a criminal background check at my expense (i have to be safe!) and able to provide at least one reference. the rent is $599 monthly for one private bedroom and a private bathroom. i will consider renting to a couple for $699. we share the kitchen, dining room, living room (cathedral ceiling!), washer/dryer and balcony. your rent includes electricity, water, trash/sanitation, wifi internet, apartment maintenance, and digital cable. the lease is month-to-month. first month's rent is due before moving in. the apartment is on the third floor of an awesome apartment community with a nice view. just east of downtown orlando near lake underhill park, with an enterance ramp to the 408 expressway located less than a half mile away. 5 minutes to downtown orlando, 15 minutes to valencia east or west campus, 20 minutes to the airport (mco), winter park, or altamonte springs and 25 minutes to ucf and the attractions. if you think this may be what you're looking for, i look forward to talking to you. :-) have a beautiful day!
