my wife and i are from edinburgh, scotland and have been here for 15 years and still sound like we just arrived! anyway, we are offering a bedroom to rent with adjacent private bathroom for $600 per month in our quiet family home in east orlando, near ucf/waterford lakes. the room has a walk-in closet,cable tv, phone and internet. utilities are included with the rent, and we have a 22ft x 10ft screened porch overlooking the conservation area, as well as a full size table tennis table in the garage.
we have 2 kids (one of each), and no pets.
