room for rent in a 3 bed. 2 bath 1st floor condo in the brighton neighborhood of fore ranch. clubhouse with access to pool, tennis courts, basketball court and soccer field will be available in the very near future. i have one dog, he'll take a day to get used to you but after that is as friendly as it gets. house has a single car garage and a driveway. there is also limited parking available around the unit. i've upgraded the home from the original with tile floors throughout the main living areas and quality wood laminate in the bedrooms. the second bath serves as a common bathroom for guests as well but is down a hall on the other side from my bedroom, offering some privacy. washer/dryer in unit. 3rd bedroom is almost completely empty with a closet which you can use for additional storage if necessary. really a nice place to live. shopping across the street as well as the mall and all the restaurants on 200 just a few miles away. quick access to the interstate. friendly neighborhood. 400/mo. includes all utilities and a very basic cable package which we can discuss upgrading at a shared cost in the future. it's a great deal at 400/mo. i'm very laid back and get along with just about anyone so as long as the rent is paid we should get along just fine.
