we are a young couple looking to rent out the guest bedroom and bathroom in a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse located right off of bruce b downs blvdbeautiful house in a clean, safe area.
we do not smoke, so preferably no smokers.
we have one cat, but please no more animals.
the house is two stories, you will have you own bedroom and bathroom on the other side from ours (perfect for couples)
we will share the common area (kitchen, living room).
your rent includes your utilities (water, electric, cable and internet) at approx. $600/month. rent is non negotiable.
if we go over on a utility (which is unlikely, but it happens) we will split the additional cost.
age is not a factor to us - as long as you are responsible, clean and mature.
we are needing someone as soon as the first of september!
this is a great opportunity for a student at usf since it's so close (and we are quiet and we don't host too many parties at the house, so it's a great quiet place to relax or study)
or anybody else looking to share a nice house for less money than even an apartment in the area!
