the room for rent will be a brand new town home i just purchased. you will have your own bedroom and bathroom. i am looking for an honest responsible individual to rent the room out. i am laid back and enjoy having fun but also have respect for other people. i do have a year old golden retreiver so one cannot mind dogs. i have everything furnished in the house except for what your room will contain. they told me my place will be finished being built on december 22 but most likely will be done a little bit earlier. a set date is still not known. i enjoy listening to music and chilling when im at home. i work two jobs during the week and usually always busy with plans on the weekends.
