looking to rent 1 bedroom and bathroom.
we are living in a 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom townhome in osceola woods in jupiter fl. it is a corner unit with a balcony. currently it is occupied by two adults. we are 27 and 28 the lease is october through july 27th or we can work with you if you only need a few months. it is a beautiful place. granite counters, tile floor. you will have the bedroom on the second floor with a walk in closet. private bathroom. room and bathroom are painted. downstairs on first floor (there are 3 floors) there is a bonus room equipped with a t.v. , computer, etc. it is the game/tv room. we are both professionals. we prefer a female roomate. rent is $550 a month plus utilites. the deposit is 1 months rent but we can work with you if needed to lower that.
