i am a 25 year old male going through a divorce looking for roommates. my house is not furnished... i want roommates that want a room for month to month lease or 6 month lease... if u want to stay longer it will be discussed. prices are not set in stone... i am asking 375 a room... it is a 5 bedroom three full bath house. i am in the military and have a secure job for the next three years. the community has a lap pool and a social pool... also included is a volleyball court a play ground a small work out faciltiy and a pavilion. it is a nice community and a new community. the house itself is less than 6 months old. the living room will be furnished and i will have a kitchen table... the house is 2240 sqr ft and has a two car garage. if interested or have question please contact me via email at et2howard@yahoo.com.
