hello, i have a 2 story, 2bed, 2 bath home in mandarin. my current roommate is moving out on july 31st so it is available august 1st. you have your own room and bathroom, the home is fairly new and has been compeletley remodeled on the inside, it has granite counters, stone tile and stainless appliances just to name a few of the upgrades. also your bathroom was just redone with a glass and stone shower. also you would have access to my computer or the wifi if you have your own, along with a 42" flat screen in the living room, there is also a pool table/ping pong table in the garage, theres plenty to do at my house! i have a dog who is very friendly but no other pets please, one is enough! haha. anyways the house is really nice, its in a great location off old st. augustine road and loretto road about a quarter mile from i-295 and two miles from i-95. im hoping to find someone around my age (21) who is laid back and fun, i like to party on the weekends but i work full time so during the week im usually just chilling at the house. as far as rent goes, the total rent on the home is $1200 a month, im asking $600 for the room which would include all utilities, cable and wireless internet. if your interested feel free to contact me via email (k.bankston182@yahoo.com) and i will send you photos and/or have you come see the home. thanks!!
