we are a married couple living in a quiet neighborhood off of blanding/295. we are currently renting a 4 bedroom house. we are looking to rent out one of the rooms.

we dont mind a smoker as long as they do it outside. drinking occassionally but please no party people. we are animal lovers and have several pets. we both work full time jobs and my husband is in the army national guard= no drugs.

$500 a month would include rent/electric/tv/ and internet. the room is currently furnished but can be empty if needed. we would also like a deposit but are willing to work with the right person. please only serious people!
