hi my name is thomas and the reason i'm needing a room mate is to help pay the bills times are really tough and money is tight. the only reason i'm searching for female only roommate the guys are usually messy and figured my house deserves better than that.the room is 10' by 10' located back corner of the house across from the bathroom. i keep the house clean and expect the same from roommates. i respect others privacy and don't throw parties i do have get togethers but usually only a few people. i have many accomodations some include adt sercurity, bright house cable and internet, laundry room, and parking isn't an issue. currently there is only my brother and i who live here he is in the military and supposely shipping out soon so there will be plenty of privacy because i'm usually out and about.
