i am a 21 year old female currently living in a 2 bedroom apartment. i am in search of a young female roomate. i do have a 4 year old son who is currently sharing a room with me. he is a very well mannered calm little boy. the rent would be $403, plus utilities, which will currently run for a total of about $500 in expenses each month. i have a roomate who will be moving out by the 1st of july. the apartment is fully furnished with the exception of bedroom furniture for the "for rent" bedroom, and an entertainment center and tv (the ones we currently have belong to my roomate who will be taking them with her). the lease on the apartment runs through january of 2011. any other questions please contact me.
