we are offering one bedroom with a private bathroom in a 4/3 townhouse. all utilities plus cable and hbo. wireless internet service, full use of laundry and parking are included in rent. we are a professional couple working in the travel and healthcare industries. we are clean safe and drug and disease free. there are two children in the household, a girl and boy, ages 12 and 10 that are quite energetic, so being kid friendly or tolerant is a must!!

we are hoping to find a female roomate, or female with one child, employed, with a personality such as ours. we are real people with great senses of humor. our home is located in a gated community and it is a beautiful secure environment. kids of all ages are welcome. excellent school system with transportation. you will have use of the cooking dining and living areas in addition to your own bedroom and bathroom. we are very down to earth nice people and are looking for somebody of the same nature. we are currently hosting a young woman and her child from korea and she is scheduled for departure on october 4th. we can have the room ready immediately, and if you need to be accomodated prior to october 4th, we can make arrangements for that as well. please be willing to have phone contact- will not make arrangments without phone verification.

12 miles from disney and all other parks. publixs and strip mall around corners. excellent restaurants in area, very closeby
