my bf and i are looking for a roommate to help with bills we are only asking $75 a week that includes all utilities. this includes electric, water,trash,pest service, direct tv satilite, phone with long distance, and high speed internet.the house is a smaller house in citrus springs. the bedroom is carpeted 11'x11' with closet,new celing fan, room is carpeted and has a two dressers and two nightstands you just need to bring a bed, or if you already have furniture ill take out the dressers in the room. i also have a larger florida room i really dont use you could turn into a second family room or something if you would like or even use that as your bedroom if you want. we are clean and we work most of the time when we are home we are pretty laid back and quite looking for somone clean also. we are nonsmokers its oky if you smoke just not in the house please. we have two cats but they stay in our bedroom mainly. the house has a new kitchen new ac system new travatine tile and other things :-) we would need a $150 deposit plus first weeks rent when you move in,i would really prefer rent paid weekly if possible please so just $75 a week :-) email with any questions or if you wana see more pictures. also i will have the carpets steamcleaned before you move in and everything ready!
