856-266-8380two young (23 & 24) clean cut guys just moved down from nj for business and are looking for a clean, responsible female to share a 3 bedroom house with. your room would be the master bedroom which has its own bathroom, shower, walk in closet and your own entrance. the house was just redone, very clean, modern, fully tiled & comfortable. washer dryer, dish washer, nice kitchen. we're pretty chill people and enjoy going out when we have time, we probably will have people over from time to time but depending on your lifestyle we're willing to comprise if you need the place quiet. basically we both work 12hr/x6 days a week, but we don't mind partyin when we have time.
we are business partners one of us is more into security & project management and the other business technology support. side hobbies: professional photography, dj'in, paintball, poker, gaming, scuba diving etc.
roommate desired: someone intellectually simulating or at least an upbeat personality & friendly, please be somewhat ambitious! hopefully you could be someone that is self-aware and understands that most personal / social problems are self-manifested and can be altered at anytime. we don't want dark gloomy (negative) people here, if you feel that you have manic like episodes or are constantly depressed or are generally just a dark negative person that is incapable of seeing that life is beautiful please consider not applying because we will not get along, we're not offering a solution to your problems we're offering a positive place to live.
additionally we understand that that everyone needs privacy and alone time, we will never be up your ass to hang out with us, just don't be cooped up in your room 24/7 with foil on the window like some anti-social vamp lol. in the end i hope this can be a harmonious experience.
