i am looking to rent a room in my condo in east boca raton it is within walking distance from fau and 5 minutes to the beach. the condo is three bedrooms two baths, hardwood and tile throughout, no carpet. i have a room with a private entrance for $550 a month. this room has a private bedroom, shares a bathroom with one other male. the room is furnished with a bed and dresser or it can be removed if you do not need it. the condo is furnished with sofas and dishes. there is a washer and dryer in the unit and a pool in the condo complex. the condo has a screened in patio. the rent is month to month (no lease). we do month to month to help everyone out we are not planning on selling in the near future. water and cable is included in the rent. electric is not included and runs about $20-$30 a month. wireless internet available in the condo for $10 a month. there are no pets in the condo unit. a $550 security deposit is required to move in. there are currently two guys living in the condo, both down here going to fau between the ages of 21-25. looking for a male roommate between the ages of 18-30. if you are interested please contact me at 561-756-1784. thanks, emily
